Isaac Harvey

Isaac Harvey used to send carcasses to the well known ornithologist John Gould. In 1830 Harvey mounted the first British example of the pectoral sandpiper, after sending it to Audobon to confirm the birds identification. Isaac's son Alfred Harvey also became a taxidermist.
